Gustav...

Well...since I'm only about 50 miles from New Orleans I figured I'd let everyone know whats up... Even though I live in Ascension Parish and we are looking at some BAD weather I'm staying here, just going to a friends house. My area of town is under mandatory evacuation so my car is packed with clothes and important documents and such.

Stay safe and PRAY for all those that will be in the path of Gustav!

I've been wanting to blog but I really have nothing to blog about!!!

I LOVE my job; a lot less stress than the job I had before, even with more responsibility. I like being back in Gonzales, I can visit my friends whenever I want to. :)

I've just been working, shopping, decorating and scrapbooking. I have missed scrapbooking.

Conversation between my aunt and five year old cousin:

Mom: "Since Mom isn't working anymore you can't have anything extra at the store, we have to save our money now"

Son: "You can call Geico, they save you money"

I had to laugh!!!! Oh and by the way, he heard that on a "mercial"!
